Insurance & Fees

I am currently in-network with Premera, Lifewise, and some Blue Cross/Blue Shield Plans. If you’re unsure if I accept your insurance, contact me and I can verify your plan. My full session rate is $150 if you are paying out of pocket. If you are in need, I offer a sliding scale rate.

Sliding Scale

I currently have 3 tiers for sliding scale:

equity rate ($50-$85)

Exclusively for members of the LGBTQ+ community from working class backgrounds, people with significant income restraints, debt, and little to no access to support from parents or family. If this applies to you and this is still outside of your budget, contact me and I can see what I can do to make it work!

Flex Rate ($85-$149)

For people with consistent income, little to no debt, who are able to access resources from family.

Sustainer Rate ($200+)

This tier is for people with enough income and no debt to provide low cost therapy to those who can’t afford an equity rate. This helps people in the LGBTQ+ community!
